Extec 2G为所有类型的电气设备提供防爆功能。该系统并不检测气体但可以封闭所有火源。

用于各类电气设备的 Extec 2G 技术方案经过完全认证, 适用于 1 类危险区域。

所有的改装都在Pyroban 工厂或经过Pyroban许可的装配厂内进行。特点如下：

Extec 2G | 系统包括 IIA 或 IIB, T3 或 T4( 可选 )
Certification | Extec 2G 认证相当用于 1 类危险区域的 2G 类别 ( 也可以用于 2 类危险区域 )

Motors | installed into explosion proof enclosures to EN 60079-1
Temperature monitoring | of hot surfaces to T3 200°C or T4 135°C (including brakes and hydraulic fluid if necessary).
Frame leakage monitoring | Highlights electrical failure before risk of ignition source  马达、电弧作用和电火花防护组件均位于专门设计的防火外壳之内
Components enclosed | All arcing and sparking components are placed within an EEx’d’ explosion proof enclosure.
Battery | Battery is designed and tested to EN 60079-7 EEx’e’ and fitted with Eex’d’ plugs and sockets.
Battery isolator | removes all power from the protected vehicle.
