POBEDA控股公司创建于1995年，在1996至1998年得以扩张，并对其事业进行了大的调整。其调整的目标为提高效率以开发出更成功的生产设备与商业机会。
今天，POBEDA拥有620名员工，有一家母公司与五家分公司组成，其中四家是关联生产厂，这些公司运作在四个领域：叉车，工作母机，变速器，与工业阀门。
Beginning in 1995, and extending through 1996-98, POBEDA-HOLDING undertook a major realignment of its businesses. The intent of the realignment was to streamline operations to allow more successful exploitation of production facilities and business opportunities.
Today POBEDA-HOLDING employs some 620 people and consist of one “parent” company and five subsidiary companies. Four of them are interrelated manufacturing units. These companies operate within four business segments: fork-lift trucks; machine tools; transmissions; and industrial valves.
