About LTVs

LTVs (Load Transfer Vehicles) are AGV vehicles equipped with a conveyor to pick loads from and drop loads at static conveyor systems.

Compatible Load Types

• Pallets
• Boxes
• Totes
• Crates

However, LTVs can be modified for any type of load carrier (modular concept).

Technical Specifications

• Max. load weight: up to 5,000 kg
• Roller height: fixed or variable (by using a lift unit)

Design Details

• Automatic load transfer to and from both sides, can be fitted with roller conveyor, chain conveyor or telescopic forks. The vehicle can contain one or more handling units.
